• We require a 50% deposit (refundable if canceled 10 days prior to reservation date) at the time of reservation with balance due upon arrival.
• We accept personal checks or cash only.
• Maps and driving directions will be mailed with confirmation.
• No smoking inside the cottage.
• Desires for special occasions, bookings for events, etc. can be discussed when you make your reservation.
• No pets except llamas and alpacas.
